Please note during client counselling sessions calls may be forwarded to voicemail as this ensures that clients have my full attention. I value your call so If this happens please leave me a message or send me a text.
I will always return calls, texts and emails as soon as possible. This aims to be within 24 hours / the next working day. The information you send will be used for the purpose of Helen Farrow contacting you and will be stored for up to one week.
You are not required to send me any personally sensitive information through text or email, this can be discussed during our first session or during our ten minute phone consultation.
Immediate Crisis Support
If you are in need of urgent crisis support, for example are feeling suicidal or experiencing a mental health crisis - please visit your nearest Accident and Emergency department, your GP's Surgery, or dial 999 where you can obtain immediate assistance.

They provide emotional support and information.
